It's Word of the Week time!

IEverything I offer you today here and now is for Living Well... today. Words matter. The stories that we tell ourselves and others, the words we choose to reflect and represent what we're feeling inside their a compass, they're a litmus test. So the words that you use have power, and they also can be a tool for lifting up how you feel, where your mindset is at for the day, etc. So here's the word of the week... The word of the week is L O V E   XOXO

Love. "I love that. Oh, that's lovely. Oh, that's so loving!"

How can you incorporate the word love? You can do it in your work. "I love my work. I love what you've done there. I love your vision for that. I love it!" And feel what it feels like in your body to say the word love. Can you bring more love to the conversation? Can you bring your light? Love is light. Light is love. They're interchangeable. I love that you're here with me. I love it. I love it. I love my home. I love my family for who they are, where they are, where they're at right now. I love it. I love that the world is coming to a more resourceful place of balance. I love how the earth supports me, how she supports my every need. I love my body. I love how my body shows up for me every day. I love the friends and the light and the support and the wisdom that my work brings me in the world. I love it. I love it all.
